Wall Street

It is the financial district in New York City. There is a New York Stock Exchange where the major security companies and banks are concentrating.

Weak Yen

The fall in the value of Yen with regards to country’s currency other than Japan (US Dollar, Euro, etc.) For example, from $1= \100, that becomes $1= \110. [← → Yen Appreciation]

World Bank(WB)

International financial institutions to support the development of developing countries. The World Bank, in order to respond to developing countries in different stages of development and diverse funding needs, make up the group by the following institutions. International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), International Development Association (IDA), International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA).

WTI

The WTI is the crude oil futures, which are being traded at the New York Mercantile Exchange, which is said to be the world's largest futures market (NYMEX). Although WTI stands for West Texas Intermediate, Intermediate (in Japanese translation is mediator) as the name implies, has small sulfur content, by taking out a lot of gasoline it can be a high-quality product. The daily trading volume have been said to reach 100 million barrels worth more than the world’s crude oil supply in a day and weight 8,000 million barrels. The origin of unit (barrel)" is "cask", why is it the one barrel became about 159 liters is derived from the volume which has been used once in the transaction that was approximately 159 liters.
